Information, not advice

Everything Kalkas publishes is impersonal content: the same forecasts, scores, and explanations for everyone who can see them. Nothing on the site takes your circumstances into account, and nothing is investment, betting, tax, or financial advice.

Past results in the record describe how forecasts did. They do not promise how future forecasts will do, and a forecast can be wrong.

No pooled money, no custody

Kalkas never pools, holds, or manages member money. Members act only in their own accounts, with operators they choose, under their own control. Kalkas acts with its own paper book until a domain clears its gate.

Any performance-based fee would be charged only through a regulated structure. None exists today.

No links to unlicensed operators

Kalkas does not link to, refer to, or take commission from any betting operator, exchange, or broker that is not licensed in the reader’s jurisdiction. Market prices shown in the record are observations used for scoring, not an invitation to trade with the venue that published them.

Betting and trading can lose money. Where betting is legal for you, it is for adults only. If gambling is causing harm, seek help from a local support service.

Jurisdictions

Automation into member accounts (the Desk rung) opens in a jurisdiction only after a regulatory opinion there: from the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong, the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom, or on commodity trading adviser status in the United States.

Some content or features may be unavailable where they would require a licence Kalkas does not hold. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Privacy

The public pages set no tracking cookies and load no analytics or advertising scripts. Your theme choice is kept in your own browser only.

Signing in to the console is handled by a separate identity service. This site keeps only the session it is handed back, in a secure, HttpOnly cookie that expires after eight hours, and stores no password.

Server logs record requests for security and reliability and are not used for profiling.
