Plans are not open, and there is no released hosted service to sell. The commercial model is documented now so its shape is not improvised later: a subscription, not a stake, and no fee tied to what any run decides.

What the subscription covers, and what it never touches.
Three statements, and they are the whole commercial model: what is bought, what is excluded, and what cannot be bought at any level.
What is not priced in
No share of winnings, no performance fee, and no cut of any position. Nothing on the bill is tied to an outcome, a result, or a market going your way.
What is never sold
Custody, a guaranteed return, a promised strike rate, or an effect the shipped adapter cannot perform. Those are not features held back for a higher tier; they do not exist.
A fee is never a function of a run outcome.
A price is published only when the billing system holds it.
Custody is not a feature at any level, because there is nothing to custody.
When plans open
What a plan will include.
The subscription pays for the system and its proof. These are the surfaces that already exist and would carry into a plan; nothing below is a promise of a future feature.
- The operator entry point and the console surfaces that read the receipts it prints.
- One reproducible receipt per run: the typed outcome, its verification status, and the refusals that were recorded.
- The refusal reference and the verification method, so a run can be checked against the same standard the product holds itself to.
- The domain modules available at that time, each bound to the sealed point-in-time corpus it reads.
- The security reporting channel, which does not depend on a plan being open.

Billing questions
Four straight answers.
Answering these now is cheaper than answering them badly later, and none of them depends on a plan being open.
Do you take a share of winnings or a performance fee?
No. The commercial shape is a subscription against the decision system and its proof. No fee is tied to an outcome, a position, or a result, which is also why a run that abstains is not priced differently from a run that acts.
Will you hold my funds or my accounts?
No. There is no custody and no counterparty reach-through, and the shipped effect adapter is simulation-only. Nothing in the product has a place to hold funds or an account to reach.
What happens if every run abstains?
An abstention is a complete result: it carries its reason, settles, and stays in coverage. Because the subscription is not outcome-priced, a correct abstention is not a cheaper or a more expensive run. What changes with abstentions is the record, not the bill.
Can I buy a plan today, and is there a price list?
Not yet. Plans are not open while there is no released hosted service to sell, so no price is published. A number printed before the billing system holds it would be a claim rather than a fact, and this page does not print claims.
